I forgot to mention all of the cupcakes I making on top of that!!...like 6 dozen!!

On the schedule for today....carrot cake, chocolate cake, white cake, gluten free chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream, cream cheese filling, raspberry filling, strawberry filling, chocolate caramel filling, and finally German chocolate filling. My goodness that's a lot!!

Tomorrow is going to be a very busy baking day! We have 4 cakes with 4 different flavors and 4 different fillings....I am tired just thinking about it!! Of course...when I am baking and creating I am at my best so....bake on!!

Cake orders are flooding in and I am as happy as a pig in....well you know. I am so excited to make the Zoo cake for Sunday!!

I was just referred to as "the hot cake lady"...I kinda like that!! I think I need a shirt that says that. Yep....need that shirt.

Well the Cake Me car magnets have paid for themselves!! Received another cake order from somebody that saw me parked in a grocery store parking lot. Thank you Vista Print!

Here is the cowboy cake we made for a delivery this morning! My fingers are still stained brown from coloring the fondant...
It was a strawberry cake, fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream filling, and vanilla fondant. Yum!
The wanted poster is an edible image printed on a frosting sheet that I placed on a fondant plaque and "weathered" it for an old western look.
